Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your THATCH pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original THATCH box or a similar protective mailer to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
